We reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone, for any reason or no apparent reason at all. Our rabbits are ours to sell or not to sell until we agree to let them go. If you can't live with this policy, please don't attempt to buy from us. Although I have not felt the need to decline a sale yet, I can easily foresee it happening if I feel someone has not thought their purchase through. Rabbits are a big responsibility particularly if you intend to breed them. If you have questions, contact us.
Once you purchase a rabbit from us it is yours. We do not have a refund policy. If you decide for some reason that you no longer want your rabbit we will take it back but no refund will be given.
If you have a problem with the rabbit in the first 48 hours, contact us, we will try to work things out. We do not ship rabbits and only deliver them locally for a fee or allow buyers to pick them up at a mutually agreed local location. We will deliver to local rabbit shows if we are already planning to be at that show.
Once you have purchased a rabbit from us, you are welcome to call or contact us any time during normal business hours if you have questions, problems with your rabbit or anything else rabbit related. If I don't know the answer I'll find it or steer you to someone who does.
We pride ourselves in providing healthy rabbits. If, there is ever a health issue, the only way we will refund or replace a rabbit is with picture proof. Due to problems with some people, this is something we strictly enforce. We will never sell a rabbit that we know is sick.
Once you say you want a rabbit, I will hold it till the FIRST time we are suppose to meet. Afterward, the rabbit will be sold to someone else. Unless you have had a emergency, I will not hold a rabbit for you.
*If a rabbit is RESERVED, you can put in a request to purchase the rabbit. If the rabbit is NOT picked up by the time and date specified, then the next person on the list will be contacted for purchase.*
